Behind the Camera
Hi! My name is Melinda Jo, but my friends call me MJ. I'm a devoted wife and mom of two. I grew up in the small town of Homer and continue to serve the Northeast Georgia area. My family is my pride and joy, if I'm not taking pictures you can find me spending time with them or at our local Mexican restaurant.. or both! That's just a little bit about me, I can't wait to get to know you! :)
Inspiration
I have a tattoo that says "be your own kind of beautiful". That short saying packs so much behind it. It's not only a reminder for myself in todays world of social media and photoshop that despite what's 'trending' I will remain beautiful in my own God given way, but also as a truth behind my photography. Each person I meet and photograph is beautiful in their own way and getting to capture each clients uniqueness is such a gift.
